Account Deletion Details

This is the public web deletion page for Snap2Guess, a mobile photo guessing game operated by 3FolkLabs. Use this page if you uninstalled the app, cannot access the in-app settings screen, or prefer to delete your account from a browser.
Delete Online
Use the form above to sign in with the handle or email address on your Snap2Guess account. After you type DELETE and confirm, we start self-service deletion of your Snap2Guess account and associated app data from our backend.
You do not need to reinstall the mobile app to delete your account from this page.
Delete In The App
You can also delete your account in the mobile app from Profile -> Settings & Privacy -> Delete account. The in-app flow asks you to confirm that deletion is permanent and reminds you that deleting your Snap2Guess account does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
If You Cannot Sign In
If you cannot authenticate on the web or in the app, email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Please include:
- the email address used for your Snap2Guess account;
- your Snap2Guess handle or display name, if you know it;
- any active subscription or purchase issue you need help routing to Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat.
If you cannot email us from the address on your account, include enough information for us to verify that you control the account. We may ask for additional verification before completing the request.
What We Delete
When deletion is completed, we delete your Snap2Guess account, profile, uploaded avatar images, drafts, published Snaps, puzzle images, comments, follows, saves, votes, solve history, rewards, and app account identifiers stored in our app backend.
Some public activity may already have been viewed, copied, screenshotted, reposted, or shared by other users in ways we cannot fully control.
What We May Retain
We may retain limited information when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, moderation records, payment reconciliation, tax, chargebacks, disputes, or backup expiry. Reports, moderation decisions, abuse signals, reward records, ledger entries, purchase and subscription records, ad fraud records, and security logs may be retained longer when needed for those purposes.
App store purchase records may remain with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment providers according to their policies.
Subscriptions And Purchases
Deleting your Snap2Guess account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the store account that billed you before or after deleting your account.

We can help route support questions, but Apple and Google control store-level billing, cancellation, refund, and purchase-history records.
Timing
Self-service deletion normally starts immediately after you confirm. If we need to retain limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, or backup-expiry reasons, those retained records are not used to keep your Snap2Guess account active.
If you email us because you cannot sign in, we will confirm receipt and respond as required by applicable law. We generally aim to complete verified manual deletion requests within 30 days unless a legal, security, fraud-prevention, app store, payment, or technical reason requires more time.
