Snap2Guess Terms of Service

Effective date: May 12, 2026

Snap2Guess is provided by 3FolkLabs ("Snap2Guess," "3FolkLabs," "we," "us," or "our"). 3FolkLabs is the developer name used for our app store listings.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snap2Guess mobile app, Snap2Guess websites including snap2guess.app, Snap2G.com, and Snap2G.app, related backend services, content, purchases, subscriptions, rewards, ads, and other Snap2Guess surfaces that link to these Terms (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, publishing a Snap, buying a subscription or coin pack, watching a rewarded ad, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Snap2Guess.

Short Version

  • Snap2Guess is a social photo puzzle game. You can create puzzle posts, solve other users' puzzles, comment, vote, follow, repost, report, earn rewards, and compete on leaderboards.
  • You must be old enough to use the app in your country. Snap2Guess is not directed to children under 13.
  • You are responsible for your account, your guesses, your comments, your profile, and every photo, title, answer, and other item you upload or publish.
  • Do not post illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, spammy, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • You keep ownership of your content, but you give us the rights needed to host, process, moderate, display, distribute, promote, and improve it within Snap2Guess and related sharing surfaces.
  • Public profiles, public Snaps, comments, votes, follows, reposts, leaderboard activity, and similar social activity may be visible to other users.
  • We may review, reject, hide, remove, demote, label, preserve, or report content, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.
  • Do not cheat, farm rewards, automate gameplay, scrape the Service, reverse engineer the app, abuse reports, evade limits, manipulate rankings, or interfere with the Service.
  • Coins, Super Likes, XP, levels, rewards, boosts, and similar items are virtual features only. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or used for gambling.
  • Paid subscriptions and coin packs are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other enabled purchase providers. Store payment, cancellation, tax, and refund rules apply.
  • Snap2Guess may show ads, sponsored cards, house promos, and optional rewarded ads depending on your tier, region, settings, and current product configuration.
  • The Service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect moderation, perfect AI output, permanent content availability, or guaranteed rewards, rankings, visibility, or revenue.

Using Snap2Guess

Snap2Guess lets users create and solve photo-based puzzles called Snaps. A Snap may include photos, a title, an answer, difficulty, visibility, hints, tags, categories, creator attribution, comments, votes, reposts, reports, leaderboard entries, rewards, and related gameplay or moderation data.

You may use the Service only if:

  • you can form a legally binding agreement with us or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required;
  • you meet the minimum age rules in these Terms;
  • you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law, app store rules, sanctions, or our prior enforcement decisions;
  • you follow these Terms, our Privacy Policy, in-app rules, app store terms, and applicable law.

We may require account sign-in, email verification, profile setup, device integrity checks, entitlement checks, or other safeguards before enabling certain features, including publishing, commenting, purchases, rewards, or public visibility.

Age Requirements

Snap2Guess is not directed to children under 13, and you may not use Snap2Guess if you are under 13. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age to use online services, you may use Snap2Guess only if you meet that higher age requirement or have the required parent or guardian consent.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. Parents and guardians are responsible for a minor's use of the Service, including purchases, uploads, public content, and interactions.

If we learn that an account belongs to a user who is not allowed to use Snap2Guess, we may suspend or delete the account and associated content.

Accounts And Security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials, allow others to use your account, sell or transfer your account, or create accounts for someone else without permission.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. We may refuse, reclaim, rename, restrict, or remove handles, display names, avatars, bios, or profile content that violate these Terms, impersonate someone, infringe rights, mislead users, or create safety, legal, or operational risk.

Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials or device.

License To Use The App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use Snap2Guess for your own lawful, non-commercial entertainment use.

You may not:

  • copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app or Service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, or attempt to derive source code from the app or Service, except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction;
  • bypass, disable, or interfere with security, entitlement, moderation, rate-limit, anti-abuse, purchase, ad, reward, or access-control systems;
  • use bots, scripts, emulators, farms, unauthorized clients, modified apps, or automated tools to access the Service;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk download, index, or extract accounts, content, images, answers, rankings, metadata, or datasets from the Service;
  • use Snap2Guess content or data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve machine learning or AI systems without our prior written permission and any required permission from the content owner;
  • use the Service in a way that violates app store rules, third-party terms, or applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by 3FolkLabs and its licensors.

Your Content

"Your Content" means anything you submit, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise provide through Snap2Guess, including puzzle photos, profile photos, titles, answers, comments, replies, profile text, reports, votes, reposts, feedback, and related metadata.

You own Your Content as between you and us, subject to any rights held by other people. You are responsible for making sure you have all rights, permissions, consents, and licenses needed to upload, publish, and share Your Content through Snap2Guess.

Do not upload or publish content if you do not have the right to do so. This includes photos, artwork, logos, screenshots, private messages, copyrighted works, images of other people, images of minors, sensitive locations, identification documents, payment information, or private information unless you have the required rights and consent and the content complies with these Terms.

License You Give Us

When you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise provide Your Content to Snap2Guess, you grant 3FolkLabs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, resize, crop, reformat, optimize, moderate, analyze, classify, tag, display, perform, distribute, make available, promote, and otherwise use Your Content as needed to:

  • operate, secure, maintain, and improve Snap2Guess;
  • publish and display Snaps, profiles, comments, leaderboards, feeds, notifications, shares, reposts, and related social features;
  • generate and display thumbnails, previews, resized images, hints, tags, categories, moderation state, and gameplay metadata;
  • validate answers, score gameplay, rank content, provide rewards, and prevent cheating or abuse;
  • review, enforce, investigate, report, or respond to legal, safety, intellectual property, policy, or support issues;
  • market or promote Snap2Guess, including by showing public Snaps, public profile elements, or app screenshots in app stores, websites, social channels, or promotional materials, unless you have deleted the content or opted out where an opt-out is offered.

This license lasts for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, audit logs, legal, safety, support, dispute, and enforcement purposes. If you delete content or your account, we will remove or anonymize associated personal data where required and technically feasible, subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy and any legitimate legal, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute needs.

Other users may view, interact with, screenshot, save, report, or share public content in ways we cannot fully control. Do not publish anything you need to keep private.

Community And Content Rules

You may not upload, publish, comment, promote, or otherwise use the Service for content or behavior that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, is prohibited. Prohibited content and behavior includes:

  • illegal content or activity;
  • child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, sexualized depictions of minors, or any content that endangers children;
  • sexually explicit or pornographic content, sexual services, prostitution, human trafficking, or content primarily designed to solicit sexual activity;
  • threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, extortion, or targeted abuse;
  • hate, discrimination, dehumanization, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or other protected or vulnerable status;
  • realistic graphic violence, gore, cruelty, self-harm encouragement, dangerous challenges, weapons misuse, or content that encourages physical harm;
  • content that objectifies, rates, humiliates, mocks, or singles out real people for abuse, including "hot-or-not" style content;
  • private or confidential information, including addresses, phone numbers, payment details, IDs, login credentials, private messages, medical information, or other sensitive data;
  • photos of people, minors, homes, schools, workplaces, restricted areas, or sensitive locations where posting would violate privacy, safety, law, or reasonable expectations;
  • intellectual property infringement, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or personality rights violations;
  • scams, phishing, malware, deceptive links, spam, fake engagement, impersonation, manipulated reviews, or misleading commercial activity;
  • off-platform payment solicitation, unauthorized advertising, unauthorized contests, gambling, betting, wagering, sweepstakes, or prize mechanics;
  • answer leakage, deliberately impossible puzzles, misleading puzzle metadata, or other behavior that undermines fair gameplay or feed quality;
  • attempts to evade moderation, age limits, account restrictions, purchase rules, reward limits, or enforcement actions.

These rules apply to photos, text, answers, profile details, comments, reports, usernames, linked content, and any other use of the Service. We may also enforce app store policies, provider policies, and other in-app rules that apply to specific features.

Puzzle Publishing And Review

Publishing is not instant or guaranteed. Snaps may go through upload checks, media optimization, answer normalization, AI-assisted moderation, solvability review, hint generation, category or tag generation, quota checks, and abuse checks before becoming public.

We may reject, delay, hide, demote, remove, or require edits to a Snap if we believe it violates these Terms, fails quality or solvability checks, exposes the answer, contains unsafe material, creates legal or safety risk, receives credible reports, or otherwise harms the Service.

AI-assisted review and automated systems can be wrong. We may use human review, automated review, provider review, user reports, or a combination of those methods. We are not required to publish any content, explain every ranking or moderation decision, or preserve content indefinitely, but we may provide appeal or support paths where practical.

Reports, Moderation, And Enforcement

You can report Snaps or other abuse through the in-app tools where available. If an in-app tool is not available for a specific issue, contact us using the contact information below. Do not abuse reporting tools, file knowingly false reports, coordinate mass-reporting campaigns, or retaliate against users who report content.

We may take actions including:

  • warning a user;
  • rejecting, hiding, removing, demoting, labeling, or limiting content;
  • limiting comments, publishing, voting, reposting, following, rewards, purchases, ads, or other features;
  • removing rewards, coins, XP, leaderboard entries, votes, follows, reposts, or boosts that were earned through abuse or error;
  • suspending or terminating accounts;
  • preserving content and account records for investigation;
  • reporting serious violations to app stores, service providers, law enforcement, child-safety organizations, rights holders, or other appropriate parties.

We may act without prior notice when we believe action is needed to protect users, comply with law, comply with app store or provider rules, prevent abuse, protect the Service, or reduce legal, financial, safety, or security risk.

Fair Play And Anti-Abuse Rules

Snap2Guess is built around fair puzzle solving, creator quality, ranking integrity, and reward integrity. You may not:

  • use automation, bots, scripts, farms, or coordinated groups to solve, vote, follow, repost, comment, report, earn, boost, or manipulate rankings;
  • exploit bugs, race conditions, refund flows, ad callbacks, purchase systems, reward settlement, rate limits, or backend errors;
  • create or use multiple accounts to bypass limits, farm coins, inflate engagement, evade bans, or manipulate leaderboards;
  • reveal, leak, scrape, sell, trade, or solicit puzzle answers before legitimate solve access;
  • intentionally submit fake guesses, low-quality content, impossible puzzles, copied content, or misleading answers to farm rewards or attention;
  • interfere with other users' gameplay, accounts, content, or enjoyment of the Service.

We may adjust, reverse, revoke, or withhold scores, attempts, solves, coins, Super Likes, XP, badges, ranks, boosts, rewards, entitlements, or other benefits if we believe they resulted from error, fraud, abuse, cheating, chargeback, refund, exploit, or policy violation.

Coins, Rewards, And Virtual Items

Snap2Guess includes virtual features such as coins, hints, Super Likes, boosts, XP, levels, badges, streaks, leaderboard entries, daily limits, subscriptions, ad rewards, and other in-app benefits.

Coins may be earned through gameplay, granted through events or promotions, awarded through rewarded ads, or purchased in coin packs where enabled. Coins can currently be spent on features such as hints, high-quality publishing, and creator boosts. Super Likes are separate from coins and currently refresh on a schedule based on your tier.

Virtual items are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, securities, gambling chips, or property. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred to another user, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged outside the Service.

Coins do not expire while your account remains active, unless the app tells you a specific promotion or item has a different rule. Coins and other virtual items may still be lost, revoked, adjusted, or become unavailable if:

  • you spend them;
  • you delete your account;
  • your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms;
  • a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent;
  • a reward was granted by mistake, exploit, abuse, or failed verification;
  • the Service, feature, store, product, or provider is discontinued or materially changed;
  • applicable law, app store rules, provider rules, or safety requirements require a change.

We may change earn rates, sink prices, reward formulas, limits, tier benefits, eligibility, ad availability, boost weight, leaderboard rules, and virtual item behavior over time. We will try to avoid unfair surprise for material changes, but we do not guarantee any particular economy balance, ranking outcome, feed visibility, reward amount, or virtual item availability.

Subscriptions And In-App Purchases

Snap2Guess may offer paid subscriptions, such as Plus or Pro, and consumable purchases, such as coin packs. Benefits may include higher limits, larger earning windows, reduced ads, no forced feed network ads, priority processing, more Super Likes, more attempts, or other features shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Prices, billing periods, taxes, promotions, trials, currency, renewal terms, and available products may vary by country, platform, store account, user eligibility, and active store configuration. The purchase screen and app store confirmation screen provide the terms that apply to a specific purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or another enabled purchase provider. We do not receive your full payment card number. Your purchase is also governed by the applicable app store or payment provider terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the app store account or subscription management flow before the renewal deadline required by the store. If you cancel a subscription, you generally keep access until the end of the current billing period unless the applicable store, refund, or revocation process says otherwise. Deleting the app or deleting your Snap2Guess account may not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the store or provider that billed you.

You can use restore purchase flows where available to refresh entitlements. We may need time to receive and process purchase, renewal, refund, cancellation, revocation, or chargeback updates from app stores and RevenueCat.

Except where required by law or app store policy, purchases are final and non-refundable after completion, especially after virtual currency is delivered or consumed. Refund requests for app store purchases should generally be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, revoked, or found to be fraudulent, we may remove or adjust the related subscription access, coins, virtual items, rewards, or account state.

Ads, Sponsored Content, And Rewarded Ads

Snap2Guess may show network ads, direct sponsor cards, house promos, sponsored feed cards, and optional rewarded ads. Ad availability, frequency, format, targeting, rewards, and suppression rules may vary by tier, region, app version, provider configuration, inventory, consent state, and current product settings.

Rewarded ads are optional offers. Rewards are not guaranteed until the ad is completed, provider callbacks or verification succeed, and our servers settle the reward. We may deny or reverse rewarded ad grants if verification fails, callbacks are invalid, the provider reports fraud, the reward was already granted, the account is restricted, or the reward resulted from abuse or technical error.

Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for their own products, services, claims, sites, and offers. We are not responsible for third-party ads, sponsor destinations, app store pages, or external services that we do not control.

AI-Assisted Features

Snap2Guess may use AI-assisted systems and third-party AI providers to review puzzle safety, detect answer leakage, estimate solvability, generate hints, classify content, create categories or tags, and support moderation or operations.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, or unavailable. Do not rely on Snap2Guess AI output as factual, professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice. We may change AI providers, prompts, thresholds, models, review steps, and enforcement policies over time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information when you use Snap2Guess. By using the Service, you also agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Snap2Guess depends on third-party services, SDKs, platforms, and infrastructure providers. These may include Supabase, Google Gemini API / Google AI services, Expo and EAS, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, AppLovin MAX, advertising partners, analytics providers, and other providers added as the product evolves.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, platform rules, payment rules, support processes, and availability limits. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, and their failures or decisions may affect the Service.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded Snap2Guess through Apple App Store, Google Play, TestFlight, internal testing, or another distribution platform, that platform's terms, usage rules, payment rules, refund rules, and technical requirements also apply.

These Terms are between you and 3FolkLabs, not between you and Apple or Google. App stores are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Snap2Guess except where their own terms require it. If any app store term conflicts with these Terms, the app store term controls only to the extent required by the applicable platform or law.

Intellectual Property

Snap2Guess, the app, software, design, code, trademarks, logos, gameplay systems, interfaces, visual assets, ranking systems, reward systems, documentation, and other materials we provide are owned by 3FolkLabs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

You may not use our names, logos, branding, screenshots, app content, or other materials in a way that suggests endorsement, creates confusion, violates these Terms, or infringes our rights unless we give permission or applicable law allows it.

If you provide feedback, ideas, feature requests, bug reports, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Copyright And Rights Complaints

If you believe content on Snap2Guess infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact us with enough information to identify the content and your claim. Include:

  • your name and contact information;
  • a description of the rights you claim are being violated;
  • the Snap, profile, comment, image, URL, username, or other information needed to locate the content;
  • a statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized or unlawful;
  • any evidence that you own or are authorized to act for the rights holder.

We may remove, restrict, preserve, or restore content depending on the claim, applicable law, user response, and our review. Repeated infringement or abusive rights complaints may lead to account restrictions.

Service Changes And Availability

Snap2Guess will change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, limit, rename, reprice, rebalance, or discontinue features, products, tiers, virtual items, rewards, ads, providers, APIs, feeds, ranking formulas, moderation systems, or availability in any country or store.

We do not guarantee that the Service, any content, any provider, any purchase option, any ad inventory, any reward, any leaderboard, or any user-generated content will always be available. Outages, bugs, data loss, provider failures, moderation delays, app store review delays, and maintenance may occur.

We may discontinue the Service or any feature. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will handle active subscriptions, purchases, and required notices as required by applicable law and app store rules.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snap2Guess and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that:

  • the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time or location;
  • content, hints, AI outputs, rankings, feeds, scores, answers, rewards, ads, or moderation decisions will be accurate, fair, complete, or reliable;
  • user content will be safe, lawful, non-infringing, or appropriate;
  • defects or errors will be fixed;
  • the Service will meet your expectations or produce any particular outcome.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those places, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3FolkLabs, Snap2Guess, our affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, content, goodwill, reputation, virtual items, rewards, rankings, business, or opportunity, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or these Terms will be limited to the greater of:

  • the amount you paid to Snap2Guess through the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • USD $100.

These limits do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, or certain personal injury claims where the law prohibits limitation.

Your Responsibility To Us

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3FolkLabs, Snap2Guess, our affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your Content;
  • your use or misuse of the Service;
  • your violation of these Terms, app store terms, provider terms, or applicable law;
  • your infringement or misappropriation of someone else's rights;
  • your fraud, abuse, cheating, unauthorized purchases, chargebacks, or reward manipulation.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit mandatory consumer protections.

Suspension And Termination

You may stop using Snap2Guess at any time. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe:

  • you violated these Terms or other applicable rules;
  • your content or activity creates legal, safety, security, financial, fraud, abuse, or operational risk;
  • your account has been compromised;
  • you used purchases, refunds, rewards, ads, or virtual items abusively or fraudulently;
  • we are required to do so by law, court order, app store rule, provider requirement, or government request;
  • continuing to provide the Service is no longer commercially, technically, legally, or operationally practical.

After suspension or termination, you may lose access to your account, content, purchases tied to the account, coins, rewards, rankings, comments, followers, subscriptions in the app account, and other app data. Store-level purchase records may remain with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other providers under their own terms and policies.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, content licenses, virtual item rules, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, enforcement, dispute, and general legal provisions.

Disputes

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Include enough information to identify your account, the issue, and the outcome you are requesting.

These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies you have under the laws of your country or state of residence. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the law and forum that apply will be determined by applicable consumer protection rules, app store rules where relevant, and other applicable law.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as Snap2Guess changes or as legal, operational, provider, or store requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in a reasonable way, such as in the app, on our website, through app store release notes, or by email when appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
